About AppliQ
AppliQ provides doorstep home appliance repair services (AC, fridge, washing machine, geyser, microwave, kitchen chimney, dishwasher, RO water purifier, and air cooler) across Kolkata, Barasat, and surrounding areas. AppliQ is GST-registered (GST: 19BYOPD5517Q1ZO). By booking a service through appliq.in, WhatsApp, or phone, you agree to the terms below.
Booking & diagnosis
Diagnosis is free on every visit. After inspecting your appliance, our technician will quote a fixed repair price before starting any work — you only pay if you approve the quote and the repair is completed.
Pricing & payment
Prices vary by appliance, issue, and parts required, and are confirmed on-site before work begins. We accept cash, UPI, credit card, and bank transfer. No hidden charges are added after a quote is accepted.
Warranty on repairs
Repairs carry a service warranty covering the specific fault addressed and any parts replaced. The warranty period is confirmed by the technician at the time of service and does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage occurring after the repair.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You can reschedule or cancel a booking any time before the technician arrives by calling +91 8584874220 or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Limitation of liability
AppliQ technicians take reasonable care while servicing your appliance. AppliQ is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults unrelated to the repair performed, or for issues arising from customer-supplied parts.
