• Booking details — name, phone number, address/area, and appliance issue, submitted through our booking form or WhatsApp when you request a repair.
• Communication data — messages you send us via our website chat (Tawk.to), WhatsApp, or phone calls, so we can respond to your service request.
• Usage data — pages visited, device/browser type, and general location, collected automatically via Google Analytics to help us understand and improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information only to schedule and carry out your appliance repair, confirm bookings, follow up on service quality, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Booking form submissions are processed via Formspree; chat messages are handled via Tawk.to. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Data retention

We retain booking and contact records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, honour warranty periods on repairs, and meet our accounting/GST obligations.
